In 2020, I made a significant career change from a primary school teacher of 12 years to becoming a qualified sports therapist.

 

Following this transition, I pursued studies in Acupuncture and Cupping therapy, quickly establishing a busy clinic with many regular patients.

 

In 2022, I advanced my expertise by studying Shockwave Therapy with Rich at Venn Healthcare - the UK supplier of Storz Medical Shockwave machines, who are renowned for their high-quality medical devices with over 200 patents.

 

We initially purchased a state-of-the-art Storz Radial Shockwave machine, and only a year later, opted to elevate our skills by investing in a top-tier Storz Focused device.

 

This led to further training with leading experts in the Shockwave field from the UK and across Europe, including Germany and Italy.

 

Additionally, as a specialist Shockwave practitioner Cher Pearson, decided I would then expand my skill set into the aesthetic world by incorporating cosmetic Acupuncture and Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT) into my practice. This developed so quickly amongst local people, that I thought I would then train in advanced microneedling. 

 

As a Level 4 qualified microneedling professional, I have reached the highest tier of vocational training in the aesthetic industry, setting me apart from practitioners with only basic certifications. This advanced qualification ensures an in-depth mastery of skin physiology and advanced needle depth protocols. While others may offer standard treatments, my Level 4 expertise allows for higher-intensity microneedling with clinical precision, ensuring the highest standards of safety and transformative results.

 

This natural anti-ageing approach has been very invigorating and my clinic has become more popular as time goes on, and I now run a very established and busy clinic on a daily basis and I hope to see a continued shift away from more invasive cosmetic procedures.​
