The video of 'Jeremy McConnell' who is an elite Hyrox athlete who had a course of treatment therapy with Cher for some injuries he sustained whilst competing.
Fortunately, Cher was able to provide him with a combination of Myofascial release, Radial and Focused Shockwave Therapy and very quickly he was pain free and fully recovered to continue with the high demands of Hyrox training that he does on a daily basis.
